1. Introduction and Acceptance

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
• Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fuzi9 account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been authorised by you.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party. fuzi9 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• fuzi9 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected, including unusual betting patterns or multiple login attempts from different locations.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

fuzi9 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fuzi9 does not accept deposits from minors or on behalf of another person.

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though fuzi9 may apply limits in specific cases for security or compliance reasons. Deposited funds must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Deposits are generally credited within 5–15 minutes. If a deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• fuzi9 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside fuzi9's control.
• Deposits made by mistake or duplicate deposits must be reported within 24 hours. fuzi9 will investigate and, where applicable, refund confirmed errors to the original payment method.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit. fuzi9 supports withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the maximum per transaction is ৳50,000.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You may be required to submit a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempts to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• fuzi9 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, free spins, and reload offers — are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the individual offer's terms.

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. If fuzi9 reasonably determines that a player is abusing promotional offers — for example, through arbitrage betting, collusion, or patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay — fuzi9 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and may suspend the account pending investigation. Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all users, the following activities are strictly forbidden on the fuzi9 platform:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game mechanic — this includes RNG exploitation attempts.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the fuzi9 platform. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse), impersonating another player, or accessing another player's account without their consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the fuzi9 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, design elements, and the fuzi9 brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of fuzi9 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fuzi9 content without prior written permission.

The fuzi9 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of fuzi9. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context — including in advertising, social media, or any other public-facing material — is a violation of intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

9. Limitation of Liability

fuzi9 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fuzi9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• fuzi9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.
• Gambling inherently carries financial risk. fuzi9 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for financial losses sustained through betting or casino play. You participate entirely at your own risk.
• fuzi9's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Game outcomes determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are not subject to dispute on the grounds of fairness, as these systems are independently tested and audited for randomness and statistical compliance.
